Sarah's workshops................

Well what a weekend we have had here..............
Sarah Anderson arrived to teach two workshops this weekend. First up was Advanced Cards on Saturday and the sun shone brightly for us. Here is Sarah taking a bit of time out, I finally got her to eat!
Here are a few of the cards our lovely ladies created.............this one is Val's...........
and another of Val's................
Shrink plastic pieces to seat Moongirl...........
and a shrink heart...................
Carmelina chose Italy............she is Italian lol
and here are all the cards in one fabulous group..............sorry I did not get many close ups of the other cards but I was working in the shop and it was very busy..................
Oh and at lunchtime Val offered me a raspberry, as I took one I could not help but notice her apron...........
Saturday afternoon Sue Roddis came to stay too.............nice surprise and look at what she brought with her
her wonderful Alice timepiece, its amazing in real life, oh  and see that canvas with the rusty birds on..........she just blogged that on her blog if you want to get a closer look.
Sunday's workshop was Steampunk Journal...........Caz and Lou working hard and Mrs Roddis in the back there.............
Joan and Helen and Kate................
Creating inky pages to make the journals............. hang on what's that? lets have a closer look.........
thought so! Kate and Sarah were at the Chocolate Eclairs and hiding the evidence under the papers LOL
some journal pages from Caz
the front of Lou's, spot Tim's tape, how lovely is that.
Helen's journal, loving that Cogs Cuttlebug Folder on the spine Helen.
Ah Helen, the side effects of creation...............
Sue's journal cover, you can just see the zip down the spine and yes that is a zip flower on the bottom front cover...........
Caz and Lou's journals..........the ring pull knob on the front of Caz's is her bargain, just 10p in a B&Q sale bin!
a few of Joan's pages, those stamps will be online to purchase very very soon............
If you fancy a day (or two) with Sarah the join us in Oct or Nov .............online now to book.

It looks amazing fun, I always like to see pictures of workshops, even if it makes me realise what I'm missing.

It was a great day, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lou says it was a brilliant birthday present and she loved the idea of being able to make a mess and not having to clear up although there's not much to clear up when you're wiping your paper around your worksurface so as not to waste any of the inky colour!!
Great to meet and work with Sue as well and see the Alice timepiece 'in the flesh'.
A wonderful day! Thank you Wendy and Sarah.

PS Val is very industrious, but she didn't make all the cards you credited her with LOL
