DT Sue has been busy...........her challenge stamps for this project were Yuletide Greetings from Stampington. This is a clear set of mixed images and although titled Yuletide you will note that they are not necessarily all Christmas images. Sue will be doing some non-Xmas ones to show you what we mean.
The card used for these samples is Bazzill Glazed, inks are Distress colours in Fired Brick, Pine Needles and Mustard Seed. Sue has used a semi glossy card stock and swirled the inks across, sprayed with water to give a softer and more watercolour look. Make sure you dry the ink before adding the images. The images are stamped on top using Archival Jet Black.

This card uses the swirl stamp from the set, repeatedly stamped in black and then shadowed in white pigment pen.
The glazed card stock is very subtle, its a nice surface to layer to without overpowering your artwork. The swirly ribbon is available from us but its not online just yet, if you want any its 65p per metre and comes in 24 colours........incl white with black swirls, very popular colour that one.

I love these samples, but just when I thought I couldn't possibly need anymore Christmas-style stamps..... oh NO!!

And Helen, these are good because apart from a couple most of them can be used for non-Christmas projects!! Multi-purpose stamps, the best kind!!
