books and punches...

Today was a book day (and magazines), new publications from Stampington arrived in their droves and that elusive Creative Cardmaking Issue 4, with us in it, finally showed its face about 3pm.......
Stampington came up trumps again with Gallery, its full of great ideas and artwork, how to's and reader submissions. Other titles that are now in stock are Somerset Sew, Catch Up 13, Art Quilts, Take Ten and Belle Armoire Jewellery....you can purchase online or think about a regular order, lots of you keep asking how you can ensure you don't miss out on an issue...........its simple, just let me know the titles you want on a regular basis and that's it! You get preferential shipping costs too that way.......email me for more information. We also got a huge shipment of punches, including the new Mega punch from Woodware. These are 4"punches, come in circles, squares, ovals and rectangles and the matching scallop versions too. Brilliant for matting and layering with ease.
Also new in are three Fiskars Border Punches, Scallop Sentiments, Apron Lace and Effervescence. These are very popular for making your own fancy edged papers for scrap booking, card layering and if you use them either side of a strip of card stock they make great lace strips..........layer other colours under them for a double effect.........available to purchase online
I have added a blog I regularly visit as well today, Wendy Vecchi, one very talented lady. I was pleased to have met and spoken with her at the US trade show earlier this year.
Her new stamp designs are very clever, recently featured in Craft Stamper for us by Sue Roddis, another clever lady.....
Finally, I have a new member of my design team, welcome aboard Kerry. Kerry's work will be featured soon, I just need to get my camera sorted out and get clicking............watch this space!
